Avoid nasolabial folds with the “O” technique. All you have to do is make the shape of O with your mouth by pronouncing its sound, repeat it 10 times.
With this exercise, you will be able to maintain the tone of the cheekbones and cheeks. Put your lips inside the mouth, place your fingers at the corners of the lips and press them lightly, and then bring them to the ends and return to the starting position, repeat 10 times.
The main benefit of this exercise is to eliminate the double chin and increase muscle tone in the neck, the first thing you should do is stick your tongue out and point it upwards, raise your head and turn it a little to the right, lift your chin and hold the position for 10 seconds, return to the starting position and repeat in the other direction, repeating the exercise 5 times in each direction.
Get rid of the folds around the mouth. Open your mouth, cover your teeth with your lips, and apply pressure. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Repeat 15 times.
Horizontal wrinkles will not appear after doing this exercise. Wrap your hands around your head, place them at the edge of your neck on your forehead, then move your hands back a little and put your lips in the shape of an “O” looking down, hold the position for 10 seconds.
