    How to Perform Crunches?

    Lie on the back and bend your needs and keep your feet flat on the floor. Now put your hands under your head, and lift your upper back and shoulders up away from the floor. Try to exhale when you come up and inhale when lie back again.

    1. Push-Ups

    Push-ups play an essential role in strengthening the pectoral muscles located below the breasts. In the beginning, you may find this exercise tiring; therefore, go for two to three sets of ten push-ups in a day, so that your body gets used to it.

    How to Do Push-Ups?

    Put yourself in a high plank position and place your hands on the ground under the shoulders. Keep your back straight and bring the body towards the ground. Try to make sure that the stomach does not touch the ground. Now push back up. If you think this exercise is too challenging, then you may keep the knees on the floor.

    1. Walls Ups

    Walls ups is a special exercise for women who find push-ups tiring and very hard. Like push-ups, you need to push yourself against a wall. This exercise can be effective in strengthening pectoral muscles that will eventually contribute to increasing breast size.

    What is the Best Way to do Walls Ups?

    Stand firmly close to the wall and lift your arms to your shoulder level. Now place your palms on the wall and push off the walls until the arms are in an outstretched position. If you find this exercise difficult too, then try to go for four sets ten times a day.

    1. Chest Press with Dumbbells

    This exercise can be effective to strengthen breast tissues and pectoral muscles. You can easily do a chest press with dumbbells with easy-to-lift dumbbells. 

    How to Do Press with Dumbbells?

    Lie down on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand. You have to place your feet on the floor. Try to push the dumbbells up over the shoulders. Now bring dumbbells back to your shoulder and repeat this process.
