The plot of Ho is seen by the sheriff’s (Gene Hackman) drive-in movie and revolves around a woman named Ruth who has a gun and tries to kill the sheriff. Katie overhears Ruth threatening to use the gun, so she grabs it and shoots the sheriff. The recoil from the gun knocks Katie unconscious. After that, she has a hard time remembering things.
